Social media is a fantastic way to stay connected to the conversation. Each membership level has its own private Facebook group. These groups are there for you to share wins, failures, questions, support others, and generally speaking, keep the conversations going even outside of the coaching calls. We encourage you to post, comment, and be a part of the conversation often. However, being overly negative, criticizing, or bringing down others with rude comments will never be tolerated.

Access to the private IEB Membership Level Facebook group is reserved exclusively for owners and highest level leaders.

This limitation ensures that discussions involving confidential topics such as compensation, hiring, firing, etc., remain private and are accessible only to those directly involved in the management and strategic decision-making processes of their respective companies.

Include the group you'd like to join, your role in the company and a link to your Facebook page to make it easier for Elizabeth to find you.

Since these groups are private, we have to be friends with you on Facebook in order to add you to the group. So Elizabeth will send a friend request on Facebook first then once you've accepted, she will invite you to join the group.
