Member Benefits

As of part of membership with Inspector Empire Builder, the Member will receive the following benefits:

• Individual membership training portal that allows you to download valuable materials and learn at your own pace.
• Free access to online member mastermind events that bring together other growth-minded inspection company owners.
• Access to your membership level facebook group.
• Live monthly coaching calls with our high level IEB business coaches. 
• Proprietary systems and models to help you develop your team and streamline your practices.

Membership Payment

This IEB Membership Agreement between Member, listed above, and Inspector Empire Builder (“Organization") is on a month-to-month basis. Your Monthly Payment will be automatically billed and collected electronically once every month beginning on the date Agreement is signed and continuing on that same day every Billing Period or as soon thereafter as practical, until your IEB Membership is canceled.

Membership Pause Policy

Our pause policy exists for the specific reason of keeping you close to the community when you need it the most. This is typically for a cash flow or bandwidth reason, but other reasons exist too. You still have access to all membership benefits during your pause period. We know that pause periods are typically the time you need support from the community the most! We are here for you!

• Members may pause their membership for up to a maximum of 2-months over a 12-month period
• You must be a member for at least 3-months before being granted a pause
• Pause requests must be received at least 7-days prior to the next billing date
• A member’s account must be current and all fees paid before pause will be processed.
• The pause will begin and end on the normal billing date. Example: If you request a 2-month pause on August 12th and are normally billed on the 10th of each month, the pause will begin on September 10th and unpause on November 10th.
• Your normal dues will automatically resume at the end of the pause period.
• To initiate a pause, a call is required. A pause is not guaranteed and based on your situation
• You must sign off on the Pause Membership Request Form before a pause is confirmed 

Membership Cancellation Policy

• You must provide a 7 day notice. You will not lose access to any of your membership benefits until 30 days after your final payment
• You must have a final exit coaching call with IEB team member to confirm and finalize your cancellation

Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

• Share their login information with non-members
• Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
• Share any discussion content or topics from other IEB members outside of the IEB community
• Share any members lists or contact information for IEB members without their consent
• Poach employees from other IEB companies
• Use IEB as a platform to acquire companies
• Solicit for classes, vendors, or any other product/service inside IEB
• Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership portal and facebook groups

Liability

The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.

The Member agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership result from the Member’s own personal choices. 

Privacy

The Organization will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties. 

Membership Termination

The Organization has a right to terminate the Member’s IEB Membership if any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement are violated. 

By checking the box, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
