This IEB Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Inspector Empire Builder (“Organization”) and the individual enrolling (“Member”). By checking the box at checkout, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the following terms.
Member Benefits
As part of membership with Inspector Empire Builder, the Member receives access to resources and support designed to help grow and streamline their inspection business. These benefits may include:
- Access to the membership training portal and downloadable resources
- Proprietary systems, models, and tools for business and team development
- Private, membership-level Facebook community access
- Live coaching calls (frequency varies by membership level)
- Participation in online member mastermind events
- Additional benefits specific to the Member’s chosen membership tier
Specific benefits may vary by membership level, and the Member understands that benefits may evolve over time to improve the overall experience.
Membership Payment Terms
Membership may be billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option selected at checkout.
- Monthly Memberships: Automatically renew every month on the same billing date until canceled.
- Annual Memberships: Automatically renew every 12 months on the same billing date until canceled.
Billing continues until the Member completes the cancellation steps outlined below.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (All Membership Types)
If the Member is unsatisfied for any reason, they may request a full refund within the first 30 days from their initial enrollment date by emailing [email protected].
- Refund requests must be received within 30 days of activation.
- No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period for either monthly or annual memberships.
Pause Policy (For Monthly Memberships Only)
IEB allows membership pauses so Members can stay connected during challenging seasons.
- Members may pause for up to 2 total months within any 12-month period
- Member must be active for at least 3 months before requesting a pause
- Requests must be received 7 days before the next billing date
- Account must be in good standing with all payments up to date
- Pause begins and ends on the Member’s normal billing date
- Dues automatically resume at the end of the pause
- A phone call is required to confirm the pause request
- Member must sign the Pause Request Form for final approval
- Pauses are not guaranteed and are granted based on the Member’s situation
Annual memberships do not include pause options.
Cancellation Policy (Monthly & Annual)
To cancel, the Member must:
- Provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to their next billing date by emailing [email protected]
- Complete a final exit coaching call with an IEB team member
For Monthly Memberships:
- Membership remains active for 30 days after the final payment
- No prorated refunds are provided
For Annual Memberships:
- Annual memberships remain active through the end of the prepaid 12-month term
- No refunds are issued after the initial 30-day window
- To prevent automatic renewal, the Member must give 7-day notice before the renewal date
Ascension to Higher Membership Levels
Members may request to move to a higher membership level at any time.
- Ascension requests are submitted through the Ascension Form
- All ascensions must meet IEB’s qualification criteria
- Members may receive credit for unused membership value based on IEB’s standard proration method
- Credits are applied toward future billing at the new level until exhausted
- Any promotional pricing tied to the original membership is only transferable if the ascension occurs within the initial 30-day guarantee window
Promotional Discount Policy
- Promotional or special pricing applies only to the membership level purchased
- Promotions can transfer only if the level change occurs within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, promotions cannot carry over to new levels
- Prorated credit for unused time will still apply when ascending
Member Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will NOT:
- Share login information with non-members
- Reproduce, distribute, or share member materials with non-members
- Share private discussions or insights from other IEB members outside the IEB community
- Share member lists or contact information without explicit permission
- Solicit for outside products, services, recruiting, or acquisitions within IEB space
- Poach employees from other IEB member companies
- Post inappropriate, inaccurate, or offensive content
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, models, tools, content, and frameworks provided by Inspector Empire Builder are proprietary and confidential.
Members agree:
- Not to share, distribute, disclose, or teach IEB materials outside the membership
- Not to use IEB content for personal commercial gain, external coaching, or presentations without written consent
- To use materials solely for the growth of their own inspection business
Any violation constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Liability
The Member agrees that:
- The Organization is not liable for any tangible or intangible damages arising from participation
- The Organization does not guarantee any specific business results
- Any outcomes are solely the result of the Member’s own decisions and actions
Privacy
Inspector Empire Builder will not share the Member’s personal or contact information with non-members or third parties, except as required to deliver services.
SMS Messaging & Opt-In Data
- SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to message delivery
- SMS data may be shared only with vendors who assist with IEB’s messaging services
- Text message originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties
Membership Termination
IEB reserves the right to terminate membership if the Member violates any portion of this
