Running 3 months (July, August, September), this program combines weekly 60-minute group meetings, for a total of 12 sessions, to create a powerful space for clarity, alignment, and sustained momentum.
Coaching calls will be every Tuesday starting July 8 at 11:00 am CST for 1 hour each week for 12 weeks.
Participants will engage in a systematic approach:
- Identity-Based Goals: Establish goals rooted in personal identity to ensure alignment with authentic aspirations.
- Life Vision & Life Alignment: Develop a cohesive life vision with goals, habits, and behaviors to bring that vision to life.
- Skill Development: Build essential skills to support both personal and professional growth.
- Action Planning & Execution: Create actionable plans and develop the resilience to execute them consistently.
- Performance & Resilience: Strengthen the ability to maintain high performance under pressure.
- Group Accountability: Utilize the power of the group to provide support, accountability, and perspective.
Participants commit to attending or communicating absences, fostering a culture of accountability and shared purpose within the group.
