Inspector Empire Builder Podcast Guest Terms

 

READ THROUGH THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO BE A GUEST ON THE IEB PODCAST.

1. Podcast Appearance:

   - Guest agrees to appear as a guest on the Inspector Empire Builder podcast on a mutually agreed-upon date and time.

2. Release of Rights:

   - Guest grants the Host and the podcast, Inspector Empire Builder, the irrevocable right and permission to record, broadcast, and distribute the podcast episode, including their likeness, voice, and any materials provided during the recording.

3. Sharing on Social Media:

   - Guest agrees to promote the podcast episode by sharing it on their social media platforms within 14 days of its release. Guest shall tag the podcast's official social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, using the provided handle, @iebcoaching.

4. Content Approval:

   - Guest understands that the Host will have final editorial control over the content, including but not limited to the editing and post-production process.

5. Content Integrity:

   - Guest agrees not to use the podcast as a platform to promote or engage in any illegal or defamatory activities, and to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the recording.

6. Promotion Materials:

   - Guest agrees to provide a brief bio and any promotional materials (e.g., headshot, links, books, websites) to be used in connection with the episode. Guest affirms they have the necessary rights to provide these materials.

7. Confidentiality:

   - Both the Host and Guest agree to keep any pre-recording discussions and podcast content confidential until the episode is released.

8. Compensation:

   - Guest understands and acknowledges that they will not receive any monetary compensation for their participation on the podcast.

9. Termination:

   - Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination.

11. Entire Agreement:

    - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Host and Guest, superseding all prior understandings, agreements, and discussions, oral or written.
