No requirements are necessary to ascend to this next level. Because Launch is for starting out companies, therefore the Builder level will provide a higher level of coaching. It will also unlock more benefits to your membership by having more coaching calls for the month, and a wider pool of community. Reach out to [email protected] for more questions.

 Once you have been with IEB for at least 3 months & have completed the following forms to earn the badges necessary for ascending to Builder Plus:

1. MVVC - Mission, Vision, Values, Vulture
2. 2x2 (x6)
3. Organizational Chart
4. Financials - Budget, P&L, & Builder Financials Form

An interview is required for ascending to Entrepreneur once you fit the following criteria. 

1.  Team size of at least 5 inspectors
2. Revenue is at least 700 thousand or more
3. You are out of the field and are sharply focused on winning through your team
4. Wanting scalable systems and processes for teams
5. Wanting to be around people who have companies in this stage

Once you have been with IEB for at least 3 months at the Entrepreneur Level and fit the following criteria 

1. 2.5 million revenue
2. 4,000 or more inspections per year
3. 16+ Inspectors
4. Leadership team in place
5. Must be in IEB for at least 3 months 
6. Engaged & giving back to the industry and to the IEB community
7. Interview with CEO before ascending

We encourage you to complete the ascension form then we will have you schedule a call with our CEO to discuss your situation in more detail. Our CEO may consider individual circumstances and, in certain cases, may choose to override the standard ascension policy based on a personalized assessment during the discussion.
