This IEB Annual Launch Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Inspector Empire Builder (“Organization”) and (“Member”), and becomes effective as of today.

 Member Benefits

As part of your membership with Inspector Empire Builder, the Member will receive the following benefits:

• Free access to online member mastermind events bringing together growth-minded inspection company owners.
  
  
• Access to your membership-level discussion page.
  
  
• Live weekly coaching calls with our high-level IEB business coaches.
  
  

Annual Membership Cancellation & Renewal Policy

1. Membership Fee & Renewal
   By enrolling in the annual membership, the Member agrees to pay a one-time annual fee of $1,470, which grants access for a full 12-month term. At the end of each 12-month term, the membership will automatically renew on the same billing date for a new 12-month period at the then-current annual fee, unless the Member submits a cancellation request at least 7 days prior to that renewal date.
   
   
2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
   
   
• If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your original membership activation date by emailing [email protected].
  
  
• All refund requests must be received no later than 30 days after your initial enrollment.
  
  
3. No Refunds After 30 Days
   After the 30-day guarantee period expires, no refunds will be issued for the annual membership fee under any circumstances.
   
   
4. Cancelling at Term End
   
   
• To prevent automatic renewal, the Member must provide 7 days’ written notice to [email protected] prior to the end of the current 12-month term.
  
  
• Upon timely receipt of notice, membership will remain active through the end of that term; no further charges will occur thereafter.

Ascension to Higher Membership Levels

Members enrolled under the Annual Launch Membership may ascend to a higher membership level (e.g., Builder) at any time during their active annual term. In the event of such an ascension:

• Credit Application: The unused portion of the Member’s annual Launch Membership payment will be prorated based on the standard monthly rate of $147 per month and applied as a credit toward future monthly payments of the new Builder Membership.
  
  
• Seamless Transition: The ascension process will be handled promptly, and the Member will begin paying the Builder Membership monthly rate minus any credits applied until exhausted.
  
  
• Notice: Members must notify the Organization via [email protected] to initiate their ascension and coordinate billing adjustments.

This flexible policy ensures that Members are able to grow with IEB without losing the value of their initial commitment.

Other Terms

The Member agrees to abide by the remaining terms and conditions of membership as follows:

• Member Restrictions:
  The Member shall not share their login information with non-members, reproduce any information received as part of their membership for non-member distribution, or post inappropriate, inaccurate, or offensive content to the membership portal.
  
  
• Liability:
  The Organization shall not be held liable for any tangible or intangible damage incurred by the Member while participating in the membership. The Organization makes no guarantee regarding the results of the membership; any outcomes are solely the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
  
  
• Privacy:
  The Organization commits to not sharing any personal or contact information about the Member with non-members or third parties.
• • Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Use

  The Member acknowledges that all materials, systems, models, education, frameworks, tools, and other proprietary content provided through Inspector Empire Builder (“IEB”) are the confidential intellectual property of IEB. By joining IEB, the Member agrees:

  • Not to share, disclose, or discuss any confidential information or materials obtained through IEB membership with non-members.
  • Not to reproduce, distribute, teach, present, resell, or otherwise use IEB’s intellectual property for personal commercial gain, external coaching, or distribution outside of the IEB membership without explicit prior written consent from IEB.
  • To use IEB materials solely for the growth and development of the Member’s own inspection business and internal teams.
  Violation of these confidentiality and intellectual property obligations is considered a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of membership, loss of access to all member resources, and potential legal action.
  

• SMS Messaging and Opt-In Data:
  We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

• Exclusion of Text Messaging Originator Opt-In Data:
  All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Membership Termination:
  The Organization reserves the right to terminate the Member’s IEB Launch Membership if any terms or conditions of this Agreement are violated.
